Agent Deployment (December 2024): Launch the autonomous agent on social platforms, interacting with followers. Documentation & Community (January 2025): Launch comprehensive documentation detailing the vision, technology stack, and dual wager system.

Terminal Launch (Late-February 2025): Release SIRE Terminal for token holders to access predictions.

Advanced Features (Q1 2025): Release enhanced prediction models and risk management systems.

Mobile Web App: Access SIRE anywhere via sire.bot, so you never miss a time‑critical edge.

Phase 2: Expanding the Ecosystem

Objective: Scale operations across multiple sports markets while enhancing DeFi integration through sophisticated tokenomics and governance.

Benchmarking Dashboard (Summer 2025): Interactive, real‑time dashboard that pits SIRE’s models against GPT‑class LLMs, elite tipsters, and major sportsbooks. Toggle sport, league, bet type (1X2, O/U, live vs pre‑match), and odds bucket to surface EV (Expected Value), ROI, win rate, bankroll curves, and growth projections.

Meta‑Model (v1–v3 Rollout, Summer  2025): Developed in collaboration with former FIFA data scientists. Each release sharpens accuracy, uncovers fresh edge, and refines bankroll sizing, powering the Terminal, Agentic Wager, and the $300M hedge‑fund deployment.

Hedge‑Fund Partnership (Late Q3–Q4 2025): $300 M AUM deployment from a top hedge fund using the SIRE Meta‑Model. Up to a double‑digit percentage of profits flow back into SIRE buybacks.

Community Loyalty Programs (Summer 2025): Season‑based challenges tied to the football calendar. Earn XP, climb leaderboards, and win NFTs plus Terminal perks by holding 25  SIRE, joining Discord, and following @sire_agent.

New Sports Integration (October 2025): Integrate NFL, baseball, cricket and other sports into αLink and αVault , with dedicated data pipelines, market coverage, and contributor slots in the Multi-Source Prediction Engine.

Phase 3: Full DeFi Integration

Objective: Transform SIRE into a comprehensive DeFi primitive, bridging traditional sports betting with decentralised finance through innovative financial products and delivering a form of yield to DeFi that delivers independently of market performance.

SX Bet Integration (Summer 2025): Connects the SIRE agent and αVaults to the SX.bet decentralised sportsbook for automated vault strategies and real-time terminal value-scanning, enabling seamless cross-chain execution and market-edge discovery.

αVault (Summer 2025): αVaults go live with dynamic fee discounts based on SIRE stake, staking rewards funded by vault tax, real‑time benchmarking, and lock‑up bonuses.
